Membership Meeting – October 9, 2009

ATTENTION FORGE MEMBERS:

Please join us for our first membership meeting of the new season on Friday, October 9 at 7:00 PM at the theatre.

We’re counting on you to help us reach a quorum, as we have some important business to transact this month:

  • Proposed by-law change to allow proxy voting at our spring elections.
  • Volunteers for a data collection project designed to help us find out more about our audiences and members in order to make informed decisions about the allocation of our resources.
  • Volunteers for a costume chair to help keep our costume loft in order.
  • Information about the play reading committee for our next season.

    Theatre Clean-up: Saturday, October 10 – 10:00 AM

    The Forge Theatre Board cordially invites you to our Second Annual THEATRE CLEAN-UP PARTY!

    garageOur Forge Family is gathering at the theatre during the day on Saturday, October 10th, beginning at 10:00 AM, topaint shelf clean out the garage, evict the dust-bunnies from the upstairs, and make our theatre BEAUTIFUL!
    Come one and all for an hour or the entire day.
    Pizza and other refreshments will be served.
