Two men late 20s to mid 30s, one man 50 to 60, one woman 50 to 60, two women mid 30s to mid 40s, and two women mid 20s to 30. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Use the form (below) to contact the director for more information.
Adapted from Henry James‘ 1880 novel, Washington Square, The Heiress is the story of socially awkward and painfully shy spinster, Catherine, who stands to inherit a tidy sum and suddenly finds herself the object of the attentions of the handsome but penniless Morris Townsend. A classic tale of love and betrayal, The Heiress was made into a film in 1949, starring Olivia de Havilland and Montgomery Clift. (Click HERE for more information about the film.)
When you arrive for auditions, please observe our Good Neighbor Policy by NOT parking on First Avenue. Thank you.
